Rotary Convention 2023

You shall be required to undergo training by completing the modules on the Volunteer Learning Centre (VLC). Volunteers have been emailed details for access to the VLC, however you can also access the Volunteer Learning Centre from the HOC website : www.rotarymelbourne2023.org under the Volunteer tab. Please complete the modules prior to attending your shift.

Please review below ( click on view description for details ) and select a Job and Shift by clicking in the box on the left of the Shift desired - you may select multiple Jobs and Shifts if desired - then scroll down to the bottom and click on Sign Up to Volunteer. You may also Sort by Job, Location, Date and Calendar by clicking on the tabs. You must be a Convention Delegate to volunteer at the House of Friendship (HOF) inside MCEC.

Volunteering Jobs at the Airport, House of Friendship and VIP transport are still being developed, and not currently available for selection, as the timing of these Jobs are yet to be confirmed. Volunteers shall be emailed when these Jobs are available for selection. The number of spots for these Jobs are indicative only at this time. Please click on these Jobs to be added to the placement/waiting list.

Further Volunteering Jobs may eventuate as we get closer to the Convention - we shall email Registered Volunteers with updates.
